PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING STATMEM SERVICES.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the software, services, and website (collectively, the "Statmem Services") provided by Statmem ("Statmem," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Statmem Services.

2. Definitions

  • "License Key" means the unique key provided to you to access Statmem Services.
  • "Content" means all data, text, graphics, videos, articles, images, downloads, tutorials, and materials provided through Statmem Services.
  • "User Account" means your personalized access account for Statmem Services.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use Statmem Services and must provide accurate and complete information, including a real email address. Fake, temporary, or disposable emails are not allowed.

Strict One-Person-Per-Account Policy:

  • Creating more than one account results in an instant ban.
  • Sharing your User Account or License Key with others leads to a ban.
  • Gift subscriptions are prohibited; accounts must be purchased and used by the same person.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and License Key, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Statmem immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Statmem will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. License Grant and Restrictions

4.1 Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, Statmem grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use Statmem Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. This License Key grants access to Statmem Services and its features only, not ownership of any Content.

4.2 Restrictions. You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

  • Copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Statmem Services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Statmem Services or its related systems or networks;
  • Use Statmem Services to infringe on any intellectual property rights;
  • Use Statmem Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity;
  • Share, distribute, lease, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer your License Key or account access to any third party;
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any license, timing, or use restrictions or security features, including page view limits, IP bans, or country blocks;
  • Use any automated system or software (e.g., scraping, bots, scripts) to extract data from Statmem Services;
  • Bypass, hack, DDoS, or perform vulnerability scanning on our systems;
  • Use VPNs, proxies, or any method to change your IP origin without explicit permission from Statmem.

All IP addresses accessing Statmem Services are logged and monitored for security, compliance, and abuse prevention. Violation of these restrictions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your license and access to Statmem Services without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Statmem Services, including all software, code, designs, graphics, and Content, are the exclusive property of Statmem and its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Strict Content Policy:

  • Copying, recording, redistributing, or leaking any Content is strictly forbidden.
  • User-submitted content must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe on others' rights. Statmem may review, modify, or remove user content at any time.

Except for the limited license granted in Section 4, no rights are granted to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Statmem. Breaches of this section result in immediate termination and permanent bans without refund.

6. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees as described on our website at the time of purchase.

All Sales Are Final: All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refunds will be provided at Statmem's discretion, however generally will not be provided regardless of usage, satisfaction, or technical issues. Fees are exclusive of any taxes, which you are solely responsible for paying.

Zero-Tolerance for Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to Statmem Services. Statmem reserves the right to challenge any chargeback it believes is fraudulent or invalid.

7. Updates and Availability

Statmem may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to Statmem Services. Such updates may be required for continued access. Statmem does not guarantee that Statmem Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Statmem is not liable for any downtime or unavailability of Statmem Services.

8. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate your account at any time. Statmem may suspend or terminate your license and access to Statmem Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Statmem Services will cease immediately. Violating any term may result in an immediate ban without refund. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF STATMEM SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. STATMEM SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STATMEM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STATMEM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STATMEM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

STATMEM'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO STATMEM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Statmem and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of Statmem Services.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Statmem regarding Statmem Services.

General Enforcement: These Terms are subject to change at any time without notice. Attempting to bypass protections results in a permanent ban. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Statmem's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
